The School Camping Program Promotes growth
Rangeview’s annual camp fosters adventure, social growth, and personal development.
Camp
Students at Rangeview in Years 2-6 participate in an exciting annual camping program which provides them with wonderful opportunities for social development and discovery. The program is an extension of activities undertaken in the school environment and focuses on the development of resilience, social skills and outdoor adventure education.
Level 2 Sleepover
Our Level 2 students stay at school for a 1-night sleepover in November. This is the beginning of the camping program and allows our little learners to build confidence in sleeping away from family, close enough to have parent support if needed.
Level 3 Camp (3 days, 2 nights)
Our Year 3 students head to Camp ADANAC each year. The camp, which is located one- hour east of Melbourne in Yarra Junction, offers students the chance to enjoy lots of exciting new activities and create lots of memories. This camp is a great first taste of an official school camp experience for students
